5 1/4" Double Door Head Kit 

Our double door head kit is complimentary to our single door kit. It gives the option to use the single styles from the single frame to create a double door frame. The kit includes a double head, door stop, 3 extra high quality ball bearing hinges, 2 high quality flush bolts. It can take 2 x 24” doors to 2 x 34” doors & any combination in between.
